Shipping Updates During the Canada Post Strike

We're committed to getting your orders to you as quickly as possible during the Canada Post strike. Below, you'll find details on how we're managing shipments and which areas are currently affected.

Shipping Carriers

  • Canadian Orders: Shipped via Purolator and FedEx. Please note, Purolator and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, so be sure to provide a valid street address at checkout.
  • United States Orders: Shipped via FedEx. A valid street address is required, as FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Service Interruptions

Due to the strike and carrier limitations, we're unable to deliver to the following locations:

  • Canada: Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut
  • United States: Alaska

All orders to valid street addresses in other regions are shipping as usual with minimal delays. If you're in an affected region, you're welcome to place an order, but please note that it will not ship until service resumes.

The Shipping Process

Now, let’s talk shipping. Our goal is to get your order out as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that your shipping time starts once the order has been received by the carrier. During high demand periods like holidays, it may take 1-2 business days to process and fulfill your order before it’s received by the carrier.

We have two shipping options to meet your needs, listed below. Please note that the delivery time listed below does not include the processing time to prepare your order.

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email stating that your order has been received along with an order confirmation number. Note that this is not your shipping confirmation. You will receive another email once your order has shipped and the carrier’s tracking information becomes available.

For Canadian Orders

Orders with standard ground shipping will be delivered via Canada Post. Orders with express shipping will be delivered via FedEx or DHL.

For US Orders

Orders with standard ground shipping will be delivered via FedEx. Orders with express shipping will be delivered with DHL.

More Important notes

Orders shipping to a P.O. box or an APO/FPO address must be shipped through standard ground shipping. We are currently unable to offer express shipping to these addresses.

While shipping times vary, customers outside the Continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii) will experience longer shipping times.

For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated!

Change Your Mind?

If for any reason you decide you would like to change your order before you’ve received it, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request and update your order.

However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible to make sure you receive them on time! As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. In cases like these, we recommend taking advantage of our free returns policy to return your item or exchange for a new desired size or item.
