Silver Jeans Co. Warranty Policy

At Silver Jeans Co., we make denim built to last, and we back it up. If your items don’t hold up the way they should, we’ll make it right. All purchases made on silverjeans.com are covered by our one-year limited warranty.

If your Silvers were purchased through one of our retail partners, please refer to their policies directly. For items purchased on silverjeans.com, defective products can be returned free within 45 days by following the return process here to request a refund.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers issues caused by how our items were made, not how they’re worn. For one year from the purchase date, we’ll take care of any defects in craftsmanship or materials, including:

  • Stitching defects, such as unraveled or loose seams, twisted or misaligned seams, or broken/detached belt loops
  • Defective hardware, including zippers, buttons, or rivets that break or don’t function properly
  • Fabric flaws, such as holes or tears not caused by normal wear and tear, and not part of the intended wash or design
  • Size label inaccuracy, labeled size differs significantly from actual dimensions

What’s Not Included

All denim will naturally change over time; that’s part of what makes it unique. This warranty doesn’t cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from improper care, such as incorrect washing or drying
  • Abrasion-related damage, including excessive rubbing or friction
  • Broken belt loops due to stress or misuse
  • Alterations or modifications made after purchase
  • Products purchased secondhand, pre-owned, or through resale channels
  • Accidental damage, such as cuts, burns, or stains

How to File a Claim

If you think your purchase qualifies, we’ll help you quickly:

Share:

  • Order number as proof of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photo(s) of the defect
  • A full-length photo of the garment laid flat
  • A photo of the inside care label, clearly showing the style number

Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.

Once your claim is approved, we’ll resolve it with one of the following options:

  • A replacement of the same or similar style
  • Store credit for the amount you paid
  • A refund for the amount you paid

If we need your items back, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.

Good to Know

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Each item is limited to one warranty claim.
  • Defects must be reported within the warranty period and must be clearly attributable to manufacturing or material flaws present at the time of purchase.
  • The warranty period is not extended if we replace the product.
  • Silver Jeans Co. reserves the right to make the final determination on whether a product is considered defective.
